Terms of Use & Licence Agreement 

All NinkaStudio Textures & Backgrounds are licenced for both personal and commercial use upon purchase. 

Use them in your photography, artwork or as part of your design projects, for marketing or packaging materials, for scrapbooking, cardmaking, bookbinding, or other paper crafts, for your own personal use or for projects intended for sale.

No credit is required, but if you like the textures and share your creations online consider linking to NinkaStudio.com so others can find and use them too!

What you CANNOT do:

To keep things simple there are only 2 things you cannot do with NinkaStudio textures:

1. You CANNOT sell, redistribute or take credit for the textures "as-is", digitally or in print.

2. You CANNOT create derivative works for sale or free redistribution.

That means:

• you cannot sell, share or make them available by any means - send people to this website if you want to share them with others!
• you cannot resell or share them as part of kits and collections (e.g. scrapbooking kits)
• you cannot make available the textures through software such as paint programs, 3D programs or photo software.
• you cannot include them in layered files or themes where the original image can be extracted
• you cannot create derivative works from these images such as your own textures, papers, design elements or scrapbooking supplies (digital or physical) for commercial use. The textures have to be a minor part incorporated into your own original work in order to be used commercially.
